Restaurant & Bar Charleston in Karlovy Vary
is a place where everything makes sense.
Every detail here has its own story.
The porcelain comes from the legendary Thun 1794 manufactory, founded in the late 18th century. Today, it is the largest Czech manufacturer of table porcelain and a symbol of tradition, quality and elegance that has endured for more than two centuries.
The cutlery bears the TONER brand, a Czech manufacturer with a tradition since 1883, which is a partner of the Czech pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Japan.
We serve coffee from Julius Meinl, an Austrian company founded in 1862, whose story has been intertwined with the Karlovy Vary region for generations.
We combine the power of Czech tradition with modern gastronomy and speakeasy bar Karlovy Vary. Every dish we serve is created with respect for the craft, with love for detail and the joy of being able to share it with you.
Fresh cuisine
In our kitchen, we believe in simplicity, honesty and the power of fire. We cook exclusively with olive oil, sometimes with the addition of farmer's butter, and we do not use ingredients that may not be beneficial to your health.
We prepare every dish from our evening menu in a Josper charcoal oven at a temperature of 350°C – that's where our signature flavor is born.
